Decades of Experience in Health Science Writing and Editing
Benefit from an international journal editor's insight to master publishing.
Your Partner in Nursing and Health Science Publishing
At Publication Accelerator, I believe that high-quality health science research deserves a global audience. As a career academic and an editor, my mission is to empower nurses and health professionals who are often left without a roadmap for publication after graduation.
I understand the unique needs of doctoral- and master's-graduates in making the leap from academic paper to manuscript for publication. My approach is rooted in 20 years of scientific writing coaching and 3 years as an Editor-in-Chief/Associate Editor for an international nursing journal. I don't just offer edits; I offer a structured, encouraging partnership designed to build your confidence and your CV.

What Coaching Offers Over AI
Writing is hard! While AI is a powerful tool to support writing, it can’t replace the deep learning that occurs when you undertake the process of reading the literature, critically appraising and synthesizing the evidence to build your expertise as a scholar in your field. With that knowledge, you will have the ability to contribute to real improvements in health care access, safety, quality, effectiveness, and equity.
Unlike general editing services, I bring specific strategies to identify and help you move past the roadblocks that stall your writing. I come from the perspective of a health science researcher and an editor and understand the content and structural characteristics of a manuscript that reviewers are looking for and how to translate a dissertation or DNP Project into a concise, impactful journal article.
